Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.  Typically, backordered items will be shipped within 2 to 3 weeks.  If you are unable to wait, please call customer service at (888) 511-3375 to change and/or cancel your order.  Please be aware that most "special order" items and "custom orders" are not subject to cancellation.
