Warranty:  Safco pledges to repair or replace, at their option, any Safco product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns it.  Limitations:  Wood seating is warranted 12 years. Seating controls are warranted 10 years. Glides, casters, components, upholstery fabrics, foam are warranted 5 years.  Safco warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, negligence, abuse, and freight damage.
