Warranty:  The manufacture of Office Master office furniture is conducted under the highest industry standards with careful attention to detail and individual inspection of each and every unit.  All chair frames, including metal, gas cylinders, wood and plastic parts, and control handles are guaranteed against structural failure for 7 or 12 year warranties under normal commercial use and to the original purchaser only.  Casters and Office Master in-stock upholstery items have a 2 year commercial use warranty.  COM/COL and graded-in fabrics are not covered under Office Master Warranties.  Standard commercial use is defined as one single shift, a total of 40 hours a week or less by any person weighing no more than 250 pounds.  Please contact the dealer regarding warranty claims.
