Warranty:  Office Chairs, Inc. warrants from the date of purchase, all chair frames including metal, wood and plastic parts, bases and casters for the lifetime of the product.  Reception, guest, wood seating:  Office Chairs, Inc warrants from the date of purchase, the structural frame construction of any of its chairs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years.  Mechanical chair controls, steel bases and casters are warranted for 3 years and gas cylinders are warranted for the lifetime of the product.  Seat suspension and fabric and foam are covered for 3 years.  Warranty is limited to the original purchaser under normal commercial use (40 hour work week) by a person weighing no more than 250 pounds.  Contact the dealer for any warranty related problem.
