Warranty:  Simply Seating is a product of Nightingale products.  This warranty begins with the date of purchase from the Nightingale dealer by the original purchaser and applies as follows:  Lifetime Limited warranty on non-moving metal parts.  Pneumatic cylinders are warranted for 10 years.  Control mechanisms, casters, urethane and plastic parts are warranted for 5 years.  Upholstery and fabric are warranted for 2 years.  This warranty is based on normal use within a normal commercial office setting of a single shift of 8 hours per day, 5 days pre week by an individual weighing no more than 250 pounds.  Natural variations in wood, leather, or other materials are inherent to their color and not covered under this warranty.  The HD6800 is warranted for multiple shifts and the upholstery is warranted for 1 year.
