Warranty:  The Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only for Nightingale products listed herein, and manufactured after 1/1/2009, and applies to product delivered to customers in Canada and the United States.  The warranty begins with the date of purchase from the Nightingale Dealer by the original purchaser.  Lifetime Limited on all non-moving parts.  Control mechanisms, casters, pneumatic cylinders, urethane parts, and plastic shells are warranted for 10 years.  Upholsteries are warranted for 5 years.  Warranty is based on normal use within a normal commercial office setting of a single shift of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week by individuals weighing no more than 250 pounds.  This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, abnormal use, alterations to product, or damage caused by transportation.
