Warranty:  Lifetime single-shit warranty:  Neutral Posture warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.  Normal use is defined as a single 8 hour shift per day 5 days a week.  This lifetime warranty shall be for all lines and components except: chair controls, arms and plastic components only warranted for 10 years.  Fabric is warranted for 3 years.  Fabric warranty does not cover leather or suede upholstery.  Neutral Posture’s obligation is limited to the replacement or repair, at their option, of defective products which have been reported by the original purchaser and which are found to be so by Neutral Posture upon inspection.  Continuous-shift/ Intensive-use warranty:  The N-Dure and Big and Tall series are covered by this warranty.  All components of these chairs are warranted for 5 years from the date of purchase except for upholstery and lumbar.  Only upholstery with a rating of 1M or over is warranted for 5 years.
