The Freedom F111 chair is designed to give the maximum ergonomic benefit to the sitter with a minimum number of manually-adjusted controls, as it is the most ergonomic chair made today.  Once the chair is fitted, no further adjustment is required. The idea is that movement, which is essential for a healthy body, shouldn’t be constricted by locking mechanisms and manual controls. In other words, sitting comfortably isn’t something you should have to think about.

Intelligent counter-balance recline mechanism automatically provides the right amount of support through the full range of recline motion, regardless of user size and weight. No tension springs to adjust. No recline locks to set/release. During recline, the angle between torso and legs opens up for better body function. User maintains near constant eye level during recline. Extra motion of the backrest during recline automatically adjusts to the changing needs of the spine. Revolutionary armrests move in tandem to eliminate the dangers of uneven arm positioning. Offered in many wave and vellum fabrics, and upgradeable to leather. The frame is Titanium or graphite, and offers an upgrade to chrome. Base model or top of the line the freedom is a must for any room in the office.

I've sat in the Herman Miller Aeron chair and the Steelcase Leap chair, and I still like the Freedom the best.  I prefer the model with the headrest because I  am a tall, big person.  The freedom high back offers me the most support out of all the chairs I have tried.  I definitly recommend this chair to anyone sitting for more than 3 hours per day.  You will feel the difference.
