Honestly, when this chair came in I couldn't believe how much chair I got for the money. It is suprisingly soft with the pillow-top, while offering nice support overall. It's well made, got a quick lead time, and won't break the bank.

This mid back executive chair is as beautiful as it is comfortable. It is upholstered with Caressoft Plus: It is very soft to the touch and is very durable. This is a very nice chair
