I chose this mid back Executive chair because of the way I felt when I sat in it.  I prefer the feel of a mid back chair,  particularly at this spectacular low price.  I weigh over 220 pounds. That puts me 30 pounds under the chair's maximum 250 pound rating.  It handles me with ease.
