Warranty:  Sitwell warrants to the original end user that components and workmanship be free from defects under normal use for the lifetime of the product from the date of purchase.  All chair components including cylinder, mechanism, base, casters, arm pads, and arm mechanism are warranted for the lifetime of the chair.  Normal wear and tear for arm pads are not covered under warranty.  Foam and fabric upholstery is warranted for 5 years.  Any multi-shift and capacity chairs are warranted for 10 years (3 years on fabric and foam).  Damages due to misuse, negligence, or alterations are not covered under warranty.  Sitwell will repair, replace, or provide, at its discretion, without charge to the original purchaser on the defective products or parts.
